Frequently Asked Questions

What services does Motosouk offer?

We specialize in two-wheeler leasing, including motorcycles and electric bikes, complete with trained operators. We also sell petrol and electric bikes, Atul tuk-tuks, and provide maintenance through our regional service centres.

Do you only lease electric bikes?

All our new fleet additions are focused on electric two-wheelers as part of our shift towards sustainable transport. However, we continue to support petrol bikes for existing clients.

Who can lease bikes from Motosouk?

We lease to corporates, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and delivery operators. Whether you need a single bike or a managed fleet, we have scalable solutions.

Do your leases include trained operators?

Yes. We provide a full-service package — including the bike, a trained operator, and maintenance. Our riders are trained in customer care, road safety, and traffic regulations

Where are your service centres located?

We operate service centres in key towns across Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and many more.

Do you sell bikes as well?

Yes, we sell both petrol and electric motorcycles, as well as Atul tuk-tuks.

What are the benefits of leasing over buying?

Leasing removes the burden of ownership. With Motosouk, you avoid capital investment, benefit from 100% VAT-claimable rental, and don’t carry depreciating assets on your books.

Do you offer support for breakdowns and repairs?

Yes. Our regional service centres provide ongoing maintenance and repairs to keep your bikes running efficiently.

Do you sell spare parts for all bikes?

Yes we sell spares parts for most petrol bikes like Bajaj, TVS and Honda.
